Examples of Duties:
The Central Office Resource Teacher assigned to support Community Schools will be required to support Community School strategy implementation at 5 school sites. Additionally, they will support in building structures and processes for strategy implementation. Adult coaching will be required in strategy implementation, instruction, collaborative decision-making, and team-orientation. Travelingis required to designated sites and the Instructional Media Center (IMC).
- Facilitation of meetings with Community School Site Coaches, Community School Site Coordinators, and administrators at Community Schools
- Create and lead professional learnings
- Highly proficient with Google Suite
- Highly proficient in conflict resolution; deep understanding of authentic collaborative leadership.

The examination process will consist of an application screening based on the candidate's education, work history and responses to the supplemental questions. Professional References will be contacted for candidates who are selected to proceed in the examination process. Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications are not guaranteed advancement through any subsequent phase of the examination. Candidates selected to proceed in the examination process will be invited to an interview. Applicants who pass the examination process will be placed on an eligible list for a period of one school year. The eligible list will be used to fill vacancies at various school sites.
